THE GENERAL DATA
The prevention

Switch off ignition before connecting or disconnecting a socket of connection of the block of management ABS
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1) disconnect a socket of connection of the block of management ABS before use of electric welding for car repairs
2) disconnect the accumulator before its gymnastics or replacement of the hydraulic modulator
3) remove the block of management ABS before a car premise in сушильный a case after painting if the temperature in it exceeds 85 ° From more than 2 o'clock

Do not establish the minityre on cars with ABS. Use wheels and tyres of the demanded size on cars with ABS. Do not maintain the car with connected tester ABS.

Safety measures

After carrying out of any repair over any of following elements:

 – The hydraulic modulator;
 – The block of management ABS;
 – Gauges of speed of rotation of wheels;
 – Wires ABS;
 – It is necessary to carry out full procedure of check ABS, using tester ABS 2-LED.

Also, it is necessary to inspect ABS after replacement of brake tubes or pressure regulators in brake system which have been damaged.

After repair of brake system which did not mention elements ABS, it is necessary to carry out the following operational tests ABS:

 – Include ignition;
 – Alarm bulb ABS should light up;
 – Pass on the car with the switched off blocking of differential with a speed above 6 km/h;
 – Alarm bulb ABS should not light up.

Carry out this test after repair / of replacement of following elements:

 – Brake Pads and / or brake disks;
 – Brake hoses;
 – The servo-driver of brake system or the main brake cylinder;
 – Ropes of brake system and elements of a manual brake.

At last tests, check up, that ABS joined at least at one of ways of braking.
