Adjustment
The prevention
The first windows and a door covering should be adjusted.

Two experts will be necessary for realisation of this operation. Do not press a covering of a door during adjustment.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) ослабьте bolts (arrows)

2) close a door

3) slightly press on bearing element in a direction opposite to a roof and a rack; will apply slightly more forces, than it is necessary; the rubber lining will return bearing element in appropriate position

4) at this time the second expert (from within the car) tightens at first top, and then the bottom bolts

Bearing element of a back door, removal / installation

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) remove the decorative panel of a door

2) disconnect a rope of the internal uncoupling mechanism of a door

3) disconnect and remove a rope from a bearing element of a door

4) remove a fixing pin 1, having pressed forward on a covering of the lock of a door

5) unscrew bolts with шестигранной a head 2, 3

Installation

Installation carry out upside-down, in view of the following:

Tighten bolts with шестигранной a head with the moment 20 Н.м.
А–А – a cross-section

In = a zone between a roof and a back rack of a body

1 – the adjustable terminator of a regulator of a window

Adjust the top terminator of a regulator of a window so that the upper edge of a window 3 adjoined to condensing flange 2 in a transitive zone In

And = 0 + 0.5 mm
