The free wheeling is observed between operating плунжером and the lever of a plate of the gauge (marksman). The Free wheeling is measured on the party of the gauge of the air stream, turned to the distributor of fuel (marksman).

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1) at first make sure a starting position of a plate of a sensor control correctly
The maintenance WITH in norm

2) include a starter for 10 seconds (the wire of the coil of ignition is disconnected and earthed) to put in action the fuel pump
Slightly lift the gauge of an air stream, yet will not feel resistance
The minimum backlash: 1.0 mm
The maximum backlash (to a funnel of a tube of Venturi): 3.0 mm

3) if a backlash does not correspond to the specified values, carry out adjustment of a free wheeling of a plate of the gauge by means of the lock screw of operating плунжера

4) adjustment of a free wheeling of a plate of the gauge by means of the lock screw of operating плунжера
Change distance "and" ("and" = about 0.6 mm) between the lock screw and a ring ledge шестигранной nuts

5) turn the lock screw clockwise: the backlash will increase

6) turn the lock screw counter-clockwise: the backlash will decrease

7) 1/4 turns of the lock screw lead to backlash change approximately on 1.3 mm

8) after adjustment of a free wheeling of a plate of the gauge, check up number of turns of idling
