The prevention

Replace linings and ring consolidations.

Fix connections of hoses by screw or spring clips.

For correct work of components of electric system pressure a minimum of 11.5 volt is necessary.

Be attentive at work with the engine. The high voltage can injure you and damage electric components.

Switch off ignition:

 – At connection or a detachment of testers to ignition system;
 – At connection or a detachment of wires of ignition;
 – At an engine sink.

Do not forget about the accumulator:

 – Do not disconnect the accumulator at the working engine;
 – At emergency start use подзарядное the device no more than 15 seconds and pressure no more than 16.5 volt;
 – Disconnect the accumulator and the block of management CIS-Motronic at use of the equipment of arc, dot or electric welding.

At system testing:

 – Do not submit pressure on the block of management for modelling of target signals;

 – At the disconnected and not earthed wire of a high voltage do not turn the engine.

At heat use:

At towage:

 – Move the car only at a severe need;
 – If you have not finished repair, accurately cover details with a film or a paper, but not rags.

Use only pure details:

 – Do not develop new components ahead of time;
 – Use only the packed new details;
 – Put the removed details on a pure surface, cover with a plastic foil or a paper, but not rags.
