1.5.3. Petrol additives

The big problem for a great number of manufacturers of cars is formation of a deposit which appears because of use of wrong type of fuel.

Though the gasoline made by the various companies, differs on many parametres, it has one general property. In gasoline of any type substances which can lead to deposit formation on injectors and inlet valves contain. Though in gasoline of the majority of marks to contain the additives interfering a contamination of the engine and fuel system, not all of them are equally effective.

After the long period during which fuel of the incorrect mark was used, the formed deposit can lead to decrease in performance data of the engine.

And the adjournment of a deposit similar to that are shown on an illustration, can lead to other problems in engine work:

 – Astable work of the engine in an idling mode;
 – Fluctuations of frequency of rotation of a cranked shaft;
 – The ignition admission;
 – Capacity loss;
 – Rotation of the engine after ignition deenergizing;
 – Knock occurrence at engine work.

If these phenomena proceed during the long period of time, it can lead to an engine exit out of operation.

Damage of the engine or its exit out of operation in view of bad quality of used fuel does not become covered by a guarantee.
